For more than 30 years, Ruben has provided his clients with creative direction across all marketing mediums with the leadership and expertise to connect with both the Hispanic and general markets. His ability to translate the creative work for advertising and marketing has resulted in local, regional and national campaigns.

Ruben directs Saldaña Public Relation’s creative products which includes branding, design and strategic thinking producing communications tools that are culturally honed and viable for the general market and minority communities.

He has previously designed communications collateral and marketing materials for various City of Austin projects and departments including the Holly Street Power Plant Decommissioning Project, Holly Shores/Festival Beach Masterplan and the Austin Fire Department. Such collateral pieces included creating “community friendly” communication tools: newsletters, fliers and direct-mail pieces to neighborhood residents, targeted communities and developing a series of effective communication tools for city projects.

Stephen Aubuchon, Associate

Stephen is a recent graduate from Texas State University at San Marcos, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Political Communications. Originally born in Mesa, Arizona, grew up in Houston, Texas and finally settled into Austin his senior year of High School. He started his college career majoring in Software Engineering and later found his true passion was in Politics and Communication, but his interest in technology is still strong.

Stephen, while at Texas State, has taken part in the Eugene Scassa Model Organization of American States (ESMOAS) and the Harvard National Model United Nations (HNMUN) competitions. He initiated his tenure with Saldaña Public Relations as a professional intern and now focuses on communications and public engagement projects for clients.
